How does onboarding work for a portfolio?

The same way for two properties or ten. We see each one before we quote it.

1. You send the list. Addresses, property types, and what each one needs.
2. We walk every property. The walkthrough is complimentary.
3. You get a written quote within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
4. We sign a service agreement at booking, separate from the quote.
5. Paperwork goes to whoever needs it: certificate of insurance to the building or HOA, staff names for the gate or access list, NDA where you require one.
6. Service starts. For commercial accounts, most start within 7 to 10 business days of the walkthrough and contract signing.

• We assign a consistent team to each property, so the crew learns the home or the space.
• For very large homes we can send crews of three to five people and finish a property of 10,000 square feet or more in a single visit.

When can crews work?

Around your tenants, residents and opening hours. Commercial cleaning is available after hours, early in the morning and on weekends, which is what most of our commercial clients choose. Move-in and move-out cleaning can be booked same-day when the calendar allows, and Premium accounts get priority scheduling and same-day support. We answer inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.

Can you keep your existing housekeepers and vendors?

Yes. Many clients keep their existing team and hire us as the accountable layer above it. Under house management we coordinate the housekeepers you already have, manage outside vendors, schedule maintenance and inspect each property weekly, bi-weekly or while the owners travel.
