Privacy Policy

FJ Luxury Services Inc. (“FJ Luxury Services”, “we”) runs the website fjluxuryservices.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form so we can answer you, and we measure how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect when you contact us
The contact form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, the type of service you are interested in and your message. Name, email and service type are required. Phone and message are optional. If you call, text or email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.
We use this information to reply to you, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a written quote and, if you become a client, provide the service. Form submissions are stored on our website and delivered to our business email.
What we collect automatically
We measure visits in two ways.
- Google Analytics 4. Google’s analytics service sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type and your approximate location. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Our own measurement. The site keeps a first-party record of pages viewed, buttons pressed (call, WhatsApp, email and form), the page you arrived on, the referring site, campaign tags in the link you followed, your device type and screen width, and your approximate city, region and country. To tell one visit from another, it stores a random identifier in your browser’s local storage and a session identifier in session storage. These identifiers contain no personal details.
Our own measurement does not store your IP address. The address is used once, at the moment of your visit, to look up an approximate city through an IP geolocation service, and only a one-way scrambled code derived from it is kept.
The site does not load advertising pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Who receives information
- Google, for analytics and for the fonts the site loads.
- Our web hosting and email providers, which store and deliver form submissions on our behalf.
- An IP geolocation service, which receives the IP address of a visit in order to return an approximate city.
If you tap the WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok links, you leave our site and those companies’ own policies apply. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
Your choices
- You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email fjluxuryservicesinc@gmail.com or call (747) 966-0525.
- You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The site works without them.
- You can stop Google Analytics across all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, and our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging services for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Client confidentiality
This policy covers the website. What our staff see and learn inside a client’s property is covered by our service agreement and, where one is signed, a non-disclosure agreement.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
