Frequently asked questions
Can I just book a regular cleaning before my walkthrough?
You can, but it will not cover what the walkthrough checks. Oven and refrigerator interiors, cabinet interiors, and window tracks are outside a standard recurring visit, and those are precisely the zones a landlord or buyer inspects. Book the service designed for the moment.
Does move-out cleaning include wall washing or paint touch-ups?
Spot-cleaning scuffs and wiping switch plates is standard. Full wall washing can be added by request, but paint touch-ups, nail-hole filling, and repairs fall under handyman work rather than cleaning. Plan those separately before the clean, so any dust from repairs gets removed.
Is a move-out clean necessary if the home already looks clean?
